Terms of Service — Calendio

By using Calendio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Calendio. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@calendio.me if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Calendio to:

Send spam or unsolicited communications to invitees
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use the Service for any harmful or malicious purpose

4. Intellectual property

All content, logos, and software associated with Calendio are owned by Calendio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. Your booking page content remains yours.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service interruptions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calendio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed €100 in any 12-month period.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
