Calendio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it when you use calendio.me.
Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Calendar data. We access your calendar's busy/free information to determine your availability. We do not store your event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other event content.
Booking data. When someone books a meeting with you, we collect their name, email address, chosen time slot, and any notes they provide. This data is stored to facilitate the meeting and send confirmations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Calendio (e.g., email delivery, cloud infrastructure), under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose data when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking data is retained for 2 years for audit purposes and then deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
