Yes. Calendio is completely free for individuals — unlimited event types, no credit card required, no trial period, no watermark. We plan to keep it that way and monetise through optional team features in the future.
Yes. You can set your page name, profile photo, event descriptions, durations, and available time windows. Custom domain support is coming soon.
Calendar sync
Currently Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Apple Calendar (iCloud) is on the roadmap. You can connect multiple calendars and Calendio will check all of them for conflicts.
We read your calendar events (busy/free status only) in real-time and block any time slot that overlaps with an existing event. Your event titles and details are never stored or shown to anyone.
Yes. When someone books a slot, Calendio creates a calendar event for you and sends an invite to the booker. A Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams link is added automatically if you've connected those.
Bookings
Open the Bookings section in your dashboard, find the booking, and click Cancel or Reschedule. The invitee receives an automatic notification email.
Yes. Calendio sends an automatic email reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the meeting to both you and the invitee. You can customise the timing in your event type settings.
Account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This is permanent and will remove all your event types, bookings, and data. Email support@calendio.me if you need help.
